Guy Elsmore became the Archdeacon of Buckingham at a special service of collation during Evensong at Christ Church Cathedral on Tuesday July 18.
Guy was supported by friends and relatives including people from the Diocese of Liverpool where he was previously the Area Dean of Toxteth and Wavertree in the city best known for the Beatles and Cilla Black. After the service a drinks reception was held in the Cathedral.
