Ordained ministry

Supporting you throughout your ministry

Welcome! In this section you will find information to support you at various stages of ministry - whether you are an ordinand training on the Local Ministry Pathway (LMP), a curate, or you are preparing for your Ministerial Development Review (MDR).

We aim to support clergy both in formation and in personal resilience through our Flourishing in Ministry resources.

Guidance for clergy on everything from wellbeing to terms of service can be found in the Clergy Handbook.

In this section, there are specific pages here for self-supporting ministers, UKME priests and deacons and women in ministry, and information regarding Continual Ministerial Development.

If you are thinking that you may be called to ordained ministry and would like further information, visit the Called to ordained ministry page

If you can’t find what you need, do be in touch.
