An invaluable way to slow down and reflect in these busy times
The contemplative toolkit is one of the many projects and tools supporting our common vision of a more Christ-like Church for the sake of God’s world.
Drawing together wisdom from ancient Christian practices, the toolkits provide an invaluable way to slow down and reflect in these busy times. Space Makers is the version used by schools and churches in the Diocese of Oxford, and a family edition will be published in the coming months.
Each of the toolkits follows five key practices. Summary sheets, suitable for enquirers and also those with an established faith, are shown below.
The sheets can be used by individuals or when you meet as a small group. You'll also find them at the heart of Come and See each Lent, but the practices can be used at any time of the year.
