Salary: from £32,000 for 37 hours/week with 5 weeks paid holiday dependent on experience.

We are looking for a full-time community, Schools and Youth Leader to work alongside our Rector and leadership team. We need someone who will cultivate strong relationships with the communities of our three villages which are set in South Bucks, just to the north of Slough.
- To reach out to those who long to hear God’s message of love and welcome them into our church communities.
- To work with others to positively influence the lives of children in the local area.
- To help us explore new ways of engaging with schools, children and families.
- To develop a vision and plan to evolve and grow our existing work in this area.
- To be innovative in building up a thriving community buzzing with events.
There is a genuine occupational requirement that the post-holder should be a practising Christian. Local location and knowledge would be desirable.
