The Diocese of Oxford is seeking an experienced consultant/project manager to lead the establishment of a new peer-led Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO) Network which aims to strengthen safeguarding structures in parishes. This project is funded by the National Safeguarding Team’s Innovation and Impact Fund.
Support safer communities through skilled HR, safeguarding, and DBS admin. This is an opportunity for a detail-driven, people-focused professional to grow within a purpose-led team that values care, collaboration, and development.
