Quick and easy to use

Just five minutes is enough to get started.

The weekday prayer times are short and easy to use.

Whether you are at home, doing chores or out on a walk, listen to Discovering Prayer director Michelle Eyre's soothing voice as she guides you through a time of focused attention on God, whatever your circumstances. The 12-minute weekend meditations are designed to help you set aside distractions to rest in God's presence, comfort and love. Michelle explains; "Taking time out to pray and spending time with God is a perfect antidote to the rushing around.

Prayer puts relationship first.

Taking just five minutes during the day can really help put everything else in perspective. "
