Would you like to join a dedicated and enthusiastic team of Oxford Diocesan Board of Education (ODBE) School Advisers supporting schools across the Diocese of Oxford?

We are looking for someone with a proven track record as a headteacher who has experience in school improvement; can secure and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and can think creatively, work strategically, and anticipate and solve problems.

Working closely as part of a team of School Link Advisers, the priorities for the successful candidate will be to support the development of Diocesan church schools as providers of high-quality educational and spiritual standards and contribute to the effectiveness of ODBE’s services and operations.

Contract:                    Temporary contract for two terms until 31st July 2022
Hours:                         Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary:                         £55,670 per annum
Location:                    Church House Oxford, Langford Locks, Kidlington, OX5 1GF
