Parish support

A picture of Church House OxfordResources to help in the running of the parish

This section contains the 'nuts and bolts' information on offer for parishes.

Staff support the parishes in the Diocese of Oxford in a number of ways. This includes providing financial, legal and administrative services and advising on important areas such as working with children and young people, social justice initiatives, safeguarding, communications and supporting the 284 church schools in our diocese attended by more than 50,000 children and young people.

Many of the staff providing these services work out of Church House Oxford in Kidlington. Some services are provided by the area offices. A large number of visitors come to Church House during the working week, evenings and weekends, for meetings and training events. If you are not sure where to turn for information or support, please see our staff list, or phone reception on 01865 208 200 and we will do our best to help.
