Youth and Families Minister, Dorchester

The Dorchester Team is excited to be appointing a Youth and Families Minister. We are a team of semi-rural churches approximately eight miles from Oxford. We are seeking a relational, Christ-centred person with vibrant, contagious faith and relevant experience, who will inspire and walk alongside our families and young people. We hope to appoint someone who is passionate about making new disciples and equipping and supporting young people and families to grow in faith and to courageously live out the gospel in their lives.

The role will involve supporting our existing work with assemblies, Messy Church and family services, as well as identifying and growing new opportunities across the Dorchester team. It will also include larger-scale activities to be organised less frequently, such as holiday clubs, as well as helping to establish a future plan and train volunteers for sustainable growth.

Our aspiration is to appoint a full-time (37 hours per week) worker. We are keen to offer flexibility where possible and would consider a job share arrangement. For a full job description and details about application, please contact or telephone 01865 340 007 for an informal chat about the role.

Deadline: Friday 25 June.
