Church of the Holy Spirit, Aylesbury, are looking for someone with a heart for hospitality and community to oversee two church kitchens and lead The Source, a twice weekly coffee shop ministry.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and run The Source as a missional outreach project
- Oversee smooth operation of Coffee Shop mornings
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety
- Manage stock, purchasing, cash handling, and documentation
- Support church events requiring catering
- Provide cover for any Coffee Shop role when needed
