Head of Initial Ministerial Education 2 Programme (IME 2)

We are a living, growing network of more than a thousand churches, chaplaincies and schools with a vision to be a more Christ-like Church for the sake of God’s world: more contemplative, more compassionate and more courageous.

We believe that ‘ministry’ is the vocation of the whole church. Clergy and lay ministers are called to equip God’s people to serve him through the local church, their places of work and in daily life.

To serve this vision, we are seeking to recruit an exceptional person to head up the IME 2 Programme who will provide inspirational leadership and support in this area.

You’ll lead an ambitious programme for ordained and lay ministers, building a culture of life-long learning and an approach for formation and training that is agile, integrated and increasingly online.

If you’re excited about helping to form ministers for the church of the future and have a heart for helping them flourish in an ever-changing mission context, then we’d love to hear from you.

We offer a range of benefits including an on-site café, free parking, enhanced pension scheme and a chance to work with great colleagues in an attractive modern office environment.
