‘Raising Awareness of Domestic Abuse’ examines the issues relating to domestic abuse, including the challenges posed by Covid-19, and how the Church can respond well to this.
By the end of the session you will have:
-Heard about Domestic Abuse
-Considered the impacts of Domestic Abuse
-Begun to explore how to support those facing Domestic Abuse
-Looked at what churches can do
Participants will receive pre-session activities to complete before attending the training and should allow 45 minutes to work through these. The activities will be drawn upon throughout the session.
