Our C3S1 safeguarding training session equips incumbents, licensed and authorised ministers to embed healthy safeguarding practices across their parishes and to respond well to safeguarding situations. There is an additional focus on good practice, guidance and legislation to ensure safer recruitment.
Throughout the day we will explore what safeguarding means for us within our church context, including:
- The Church’s Mission
- The Church context
- Who we are safeguarding
- What we are safeguarding against
- How we safeguard
- Who can help
