‘Everything we need to flourish…’
A look at an ‘appreciative inquiry’ approach to leading:
An essential part of enjoying leadership is having an appreciative outlook rather than a problem solving one. As a leader start with the premise that, “everything we need to flourish is in the room.” Start with identifying what is good, what brings life, what resources are present. This approach to growth and change and to team working is transformative. It brings energy and encouragement. It builds confidence, cooperation and collaboration.
Led by Neil Warwick
