Assistant Social Responsibility Adviser

Are you passionate about Christian social justice? Do you have a broad-based knowledge and fascination with theological approaches to social change and transformation, across a wide range of themes? Are you always eager to learn more, and to communicate your passion? Do you enjoy networking (via social media and in person), writing, talking, reflecting and taking action, and bringing others together to do likewise? Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy organising and coordinating events and thrive in a team context?

If so, come and join the Mission in the World Team.  We resource parishes and individual Christians across the Diocese of Oxford as they seek to develop holistic mission by making a difference in the world through engagement with social action and social justice.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills; an aptitude for creative writing and editing along with good social skills. You will have strong administrative skills, be comfortable using social media and a self-starter who can take the initiative.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
