Administration Manager – St Clement’s Church, Oxford

We’re looking for an administration manager who will have oversight of the day-to-day administration and management of the parish office and church building and who will enable and facilitate the work of the church’s staff team and volunteers.

St Clement’s is a growing evangelical church in the heart of east Oxford. We want to recruit the right person; a strong team player who will serve the church by leading and enabling the administration, compliance and communications, building and sustaining volunteer teams, and releasing the staff team for the Church’s wider ministry.

If you are up for the challenge, organised, a good communicator, can manager volunteers, and are committed to serving the wider church community, this is the role for you.

Hours: Part-time, permanent role – 32 hours per week (but willing to consider other options)

Salary: £20,800 to £24,000 annually for 32 hours per week (£26,000 to £30,000 full-time equivalent), with opportunity to join employer pension scheme.
