Training
I offer church workers a regular session with children and young people, which takes two hours and which parishes should request from me. See the Child Protection Training set-up list for details and the Child Protection Outline Programme. I also offer two other kinds of session. One is a briefing, intended for incumbents, churchwardens and other parish officers who mainly do not run children’s activities but wish to understand the issues. This takes an hour. The other is a coaching session, which has been requested by some small groups, who wish to talk through the issues with me face to face.
