New Universal Ethical Code for scientists

Those LLMs who are scientists and engineers may already be aware of  “Rigour, Respect and Responsibility: the Universal Ethical Code for scientists”, that is being promoted by the Chief Scientist, Sir David King. It is essentially a 7 point plan setting out the key ethical behaviour which we have the right to expect of anyone engaging in research or scientific endeavour, and the word “science” is used in its very broadest sense - it extends to anyone whose work uses scientific methods, including social, natural, medical and veterinary sciences, engineering and mathematics.
