There will be three training mornings to help parishes prepare for Back to Church Sunday.
These will be held on
- Saturday 14 June at Earley St Peter, Reading.
- Saturday 5 July at All Saints Church Hall in High Wycombe.
- Saturday 12 July at St Mary's, Banbury.
The sessions will start with coffee and croissants at 9.30 a.m.
After a welcome and opening prayer, there will be a presentation on Back to Church Sunday, followed by first-hand accounts from people who last year issued –or responded to – the invitation to give church a try.
Participants can find out more about the resources available and how to make best use of them. There will also be workshops in small groups on how best to make Back to Church Sunday work in your local context, and plenty of opportunity to share ideas and ask questions.
The sessions will end by midday.
