This is about developing leadership using all the resources available to the local church. It would involve consolidation in some parishes and new work in others to build up shared ministry in teams, with appropriate training and support.

What does Shaping Confident Collaborative Leadership actually mean for the local church? This is the key question we will explore in this event which was originally planned for April 2010. Please have a look at the substantially revised publicity which now gives a much clearer idea of its purpose. You do not need any musical ability to get the most from this day.
