Introduction: The Wood Sheppard Principles, covering equal opportunities practice and the valuing of diversity, were adopted by Diocesan Synod in November 2010. Adopted for, and to be promoted in all councils, boards, committees of groups of the Synod for the recruitment of paid and voluntary members, Synod also commended them to all other bodies associated with, or supported by the Diocese of Oxford, including deaneries and parishes.
