This is the first edition of a dedicated Training Mailing, which will be sent out three times a year.  Here you will find in one place all the training/development opportunities which we know about - both those the Diocese itself is putting on, and those for which we are acting as a signpost.  We hope that you will find this format useful for easy access and to file for future reference.

This mailing goes to a wider constituency than the Dept. of Mission mailing, and includes all clergy and LLMs as well as any others who request it.

If you would like anything included in this mailing, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Any feedback you would like to offer will be gratefully received.

News update from Lead Academy – October 2010
We are just over 4 weeks away from the start of the Lead Academy learning community specially designed for medium sized churches.

‘Breaking the Growth Barriers’
We already have a group of exciting and innovative churches signed up but there is still some limited availability for the first meeting on 16 – 17 Nov in Leamington Spa. This is a unique opportunity for your church’s leadership team to interact with others from similar ministry contexts, work through vision and strategy and receive high quality input from some of the key thinkers and practitioners around. Much more information is available at www.leadacademy.net or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
